Book selection methodology
This website has been targeted to appeal to parents who are actively seeking to provide blended family literature to their children. For this reason this website selected books based using two separate processes.
The first process involved each group member actively seeking the specialist child librarian at their local public library. This ensured that books which were selected for review were likely to be accessible to relevant parents.
The second process involved the review of multiple websites. After a range of relevant websites were found, the most recommended from these sources as a whole were selected for review.
